Basically our policy is:
if you have something that needs to be returned,
you MUST contact us to receive an RMA#.
If you've changed your mind and are returning
the product for a refund, the product must be
received - in perfect condition - by us within
30 days of the sale and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you're returning something for an exchange - again,
you MUST call for an RMA # within 30 days and
you are responsible for shipping it back
to us so that we receive it in perfect, resale-able condition.
